Nexus Sustainability Consultants was founded with a clear purpose — to help property owners, managers, and operators navigate the increasing complexity of energy regulations, sustainability certifications, and indoor environmental requirements, while identifying solutions that make both technical and economic sense.

Arun is an Architectural Engineer who brings over 7 years of hands-on experience in sustainable building consulting, spanning residential, commercial, healthcare, and institutional projects across Canada and the United States. Drawing on deep technical fluency in building performance analysis, he has led and supported a wide range of engagements — from complex LEED certification documentation to energy modelling, daylighting studies, and regulatory benchmarking submissions.

Our work spans ENERGY STAR benchmarking, indoor air quality assessment and testing, and related support for projects pursuing LEED, WELL, and BOMA certifications. Nexus operates as a compact, expert-driven team — engineers and technical specialists who translate regulatory requirements and performance data into clear, actionable outcomes for their clients.
